How is the workshop?
Root, Breathe, Disconnect: A Pranayama, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Workshop
The workshop is divided into 3 parts:
- 30' Pranayama and bijamantres
- 1 hour and 30' Yin Yoga
- 30' Yoga Nidra
Join us for this transformative 2.5-hour experience, where we will explore the depths of our own inner serenity through the practice of pranayama, yin yoga and yoga nidra.
Part 1: Pranayama and Bijamantras (30 min) We will begin with an enriching practice of pranayama, the science of conscious breathing. Through breathing and the use of bijamantras, we will learn to control our prana (vital energy), calming the mind and preparing ourselves for the rest of the workshop.
Part 2: Yin Yoga (1 hour 30 min) In this part of the workshop, we will delve into the gentle and deep practice of yin yoga. With a respectful and meditative approach, we will explore postures that mobilize and strengthen the joints, ligaments and internal fascial networks. This practice will help increase flexibility, improve the flow of vital energy (ki or prana) and cultivate a sense of calm and inner balance.
Part 3: Yoga Nidra (30 min) We conclude the workshop with a restorative yoga nidra session, known as the “somniconscient”. In this state of deep relaxation, we will be guided through a guided meditation that will allow us to connect with our deepest essence and restore our body, mind and soul.
“I loved the class, thank you very much!”
“I have never been given such specific and detailed advice on how to stay upright”
“I have been able to overcome fears and break the block that I had for a long time, after a fall on my back that I had while practicing handstand”
Benefits of the workshop
This workshop will help you gain awareness, slow down and disconnect from everyday life.
Pranayama, or breath control, is a fundamental discipline in yoga that focuses attention on conscious, deep breathing. It helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve physical and mental health.
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on deeply stretching the connective tissues and relaxing the mind. Through gentle postures held for extended periods, yin yoga offers an experience of deep rest and renewal.
The workshop is designed for people of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Come explore and deepen your yoga practice while discovering calm and connection with yourself.

Art director by profession, I started practicing yoga about twenty years ago looking for an activity that would help me better manage stress.
However, the path of yoga is revealing and little by little I felt the need to insert a more integral and spiritual vision into my regular practice.
