When you register for our in-person classes, we'll email you a link to our app. Alternatively, you can access the app directly through this link.
In it, you will be able to consult our schedules, see the balance of available classes that you have for the current month and book the classes that interest you the most by schedule, style, teacher... This way you will be able to adapt your practice to your day to day, without fixed schedules, trying different styles and advancing the level according to your evolution.
Sincronia Yoga was born from the meeting of two old friends who started two separate projects. Sebastià Llorach in Sattva Yoga, and Ignasi Seró, with the practice of Shiatsu, Movement and the Padovan Method in Barcelona, Cardedeu and Girona.
Both trajectories, initiated as a vocation almost 20 years ago and professionally for more than 13 years, were synchronized in a project. A project based on group yoga classes and the individualized attention of manual therapies.
From this plurality arises the multidisciplinary and integrative spirit of Sincronia Yoga. Richness lies in the sum of differences, and our will to unite practices, disciplines, contexts, and cultures resides in cooperation and respect for these differences. Thanks to our background in Humanities and Anthropology, we can grasp the reality of yoga as a source of enrichment for our society and its well-being.
