Andrea Martinez

I started practicing yoga by chance while working at a gym in Barcelona. A colleague invited me to a yoga class, and little by little, yoga became integrated into my life, leading me towards self-knowledge.

In 2015, I left my life in Barcelona and went to India to train in Hatha Yoga (300h). When I returned, I started teaching classes and continued training in Prenatal Yoga (108 hours), Yin Yoga (60 hours) and Yoga for trauma (30 hours).

Yoga has given me many tools to listen to my body and regulate my emotions, creating a space for self-care in my life. All of this encourages me to share my practice and what makes me happy with others.

“Yoga is essentially a practice for your soul, working through your body.”
