In today's session we will focus on the thyroid and postures that promote its balance.
The thyroid is a gland that is located in the central part of the neck and is shaped like a butterfly. Its function is to release hormones that are involved in growth and regulating metabolism.
Whether or not you suffer from hyper or hypothyroidism, you can also do this practice; it is always beneficial to stimulate the thyroid.
