In this session we are going to focus on the digestive system. Cláudia, in addition to teaching at Sincronia, is an integrative dietitian, so she knows very well what she is talking about.
At some point we have all felt some discomfort related to our stomach, from bloating, burning or heavy digestion. These ailments do not have to be directly related to what we eat, but they can also be due to how we do it or our stress levels.
This class shows some postures or asanas that can be useful to relieve these symptoms.
