A new video from the series "Balance your chakras this summer" with Aida.

In this class we discuss the fifth chakra, Vishuddha. The color of this chakra is blue and its element is ether. It is located in the area of the larynx at the height of the throat and is related to communication, wisdom and planning. In turn, it is linked to the vocal cords, the ear, the throat and the lungs.

Aida suggests some postures that will be great for stretching the area.
