In this session we will discuss the second chakra, also known as Svadhisthana or sacral chakra. It is located in the lower abdomen, a few fingers below the navel. It is related to creativity and self-esteem. It is related to the water element, because like our thoughts and feelings it does not have a defined form and is changing.
