This last chakra, also known as Sahasrara or crown chakra, is directly related to connection, the universe and nature. Its color is purple or white and its element is space. It is located at the crown of the head and is the center of spiritual connection. It connects the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual parts. Due to its location, it is closely linked to the brain.

We close the series with a meditation.
