New capsule of the "Pregnancy Yoga" series with Laura Jofré.

During pregnancy, your body temperature increases, so it's great to cool down whether it's summer or not.

During this session we will perform Sit Cari Pranayama, a special breathing technique since we will use the mouth to inhale and release air through the nostrils.
