Pranayama

A new video from the Anahata series with Laura Jofré. It is a Pranayama session where we go deeper into the technique. Pranayama is made up of the terms “Prana” which refers to our energy and breathing; "yama" refers to control. So Parnayama deals with the control of our breathing to stimulate or calm our energy.
