Special class with our teacher Carola! A Vinyasa session directed by her where she guides a student in all the asanas, while making corrections and helping her with the postures. A different class to help you iron out those details from home, which can help you a lot in your daily practice. We encourage you to do it several times and improve little by little and be more aware of your body during practice.
