A new video with our teacher Dagi from the series "Improve your strength and get started in verticals".
In the previous sessions of the series we have been working on strength, balance and some asanas that can help you get started with inverted ones.
In this class we start with a short meditation to focus on the practice. Afterwards, we see gentle level inverted postures and adaptations that you can incorporate to make the asanas easier for you.
