Eka Pada Koundinyasana

Vinyasa class with our teacher Aida similar to the weekly classes at the center. We will especially work on balance on the arms, so we recommend that you do prior work on your wrists to avoid possible pain and injuries. As the class progresses we incorporate the Eka Pada Koundinyasana asana, a more advanced posture, take your time to do it and be aware of your body.
