Eka Pada Galavasana

A special video with our teacher Carola who will guide Judith, a student at the center.

Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon Pose) is an inverted balance pose that helps strengthen the upper body, especially the arms and shoulders.

A class dedicated to the wise Galava, where we will warm up the body and prepare it through different sequences until we perform Eka Pada Galavasana. This is a complicated asana, so we recommend adapting the practice to your level and performing it carefully. It requires practice, balance and strength.

We finish the session with a brief meditation to lower heart rate.

We hope you enjoy the class! 🙏
