Compassion helps us to be ourselves and to let others be. When we understand that we are all anadoham-happiness, purity, we are compassionate with ourselves and with others.
We begin the practice with a guided meditation to help us connect and then we use the notebook again to explore the topic. You can watch the session as many times as you want and you will find different answers depending on what moment you are in.
