Breathing 4-7-8

A small complementary video to the practice of Yoga and anxiety.

You can do them together or separately. This breathing helps you a lot to slow down and oxygenate your mind.

The 4-7-8 breathing consists of 4 inhalations, holding for 7 counts and exhaling for 8.

You can also use it before going to sleep to help you fall asleep.
