Adaptation of Sun Salutation

In this session, our teacher Laura helps you adapt the Surya Namaskar sequence, also known as "Sun Salutation", so that you can perform it during pregnancy. The basic guideline is to use your abs as little as possible, increasing the weight and strength in other parts of the body. Remember that the most important thing during the practice is that you feel comfortable and safe.
