Ignasi Sero

Body therapist and psychologist (col. 30399), graduated in Humanities (UPF-2004), Social and Cultural Anthropology (UB-2008) and Psychology (UOC-2022), he approaches the field of body awareness through Aikido and performs his training in Shiatsu (2008) at the Escola de Shiatsu i Moviment de Barcelona.

During his first steps as a professional, he founded Shiatsu Moviment Company (2009) and expanded his experience in the relaxation and body work sector for groups in different areas: civic centers, cultural centers, therapy centers, spas, fairs and others.

In 2010 he finished the Neurofunctional Reorganization training (Padovan Method) with Beatriz and Sonia Padovan and takes a turn in her work to open up to the field of neurorehabilitation.

Complementing his collaboration with the Cap-i-Cua (Cardedeu) and Creixent (Gerona) speech therapy centers, he trained in Rhythmic Movement Therapy and Primitive Reflex Integration (BRMT – “BLOMBERG RHYTHMIC MOVEMENT TRAINING”) with Eva Rodríguez.

During his stay in Gerona (2011-2013) he managed the Girona Shiatsu center, to return to Barcelona and open Sincronia Gràcia in 2014 with the collaboration of Sebastian Llorach, unfolding in parallel in many other areas: nurseries, private centers and companies.

Today he is still immersed in body-psycho self-knowledge, complementing his training with resources such as aikido, Gestalt psychotherapy, yoga and child support processes.

He has recently started a collaboration as a psychotherapist in the center of dendro psychology (Barcelona), where he has also carried out the Postgraduate in Integrative Therapy (Dendros) during the 2023 academic year.

Currently finishing the Postgraduate in Sexual and Couples Therapy from the same center and the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology from the International University of Valencia (VIU).
