Integrative dietitian and yoga teacher who will now be leading some classes on weekends..🧘Her vocation for well-being was born from a personal experience that drove her to seek natural and comprehensive solutions, developing a holistic vision in which the human being is conceived as a whole, where every aspect of lifestyle influences health, including food, movement, rest, emotional management and connection with nature. In her classes, you can find everything from accessible but intense vinyasa sessions (yang), to more passive practices such as yin yoga and restorative (yin) focused on balancing us through introspection and self-listening._ _ ✨ Please welcome Miriam to our team.
