YOGA PHILOSOPHY II. The Bhagavad Gita

This workshop is an introduction to the other great text that forms the ideological basis from which yoga is nourished: the Bhagavad Gita. In this epic story Arjuna’s doubts are narrated just before a battle. It will be a theoretical workshop of 3 hours and aims to give a little insight into the text, its contents and its relationship to yoga as we know it today. We are waiting for you!
