With any of our in-person subscriptions, you'll have access to our online virtual classroom. Practice from anywhere, anytime, using only your mobile phone or computer.

Can I do a trial class?

Of course! Trial classes cost €12 and you can book them online. You just need to purchase them. here and we will contact you so you can choose the day, time and style you want.

How do I book my in-person classes?

At Sincronia, we use our own mobile app and the TIMP platform if you prefer to book from your computer. You can book your classes from either one. We'll send you the access details once you register.

How many classes can I attend per day?

Only one in-person class per day is allowed, with the exception of the "Sound Baths" and "Meditation" classes, which you can take on the same day as other sessions.

Although you can take unlimited online classes, enjoy the Virtual Classroom if you'd like more. There you'll find exclusive content on Pranayama, Meditation, and all the styles we teach at the center.

How do we handle payments?

For your convenience, we have two possible payment methods for installments: Bank card and direct debit.

The Monthly Fee, which operates on a monthly basis, with payment via direct debit, and you can register at This form.

The Flex Installment, which is renewed every 30 calendar days for your convenience, and you can pay by card through our website.

This way, you don't have to worry about remembering dates or carrying out monthly procedures: we take care of charging your fee each month so that you only have to enjoy the classes.

Since there's no commitment period, you have complete freedom. If you want to cancel your membership, simply let us know before the 20th of the previous month. No questions asked, no hassle; we make it easy for you to join and leave!

When will my subscription be charged?

The Monthly Fee It works on a calendar month basis: you must use your 5, 9 or 13 classes between the 1st and 31st of the month or you will lose them.

If you have set up a direct debit for your fee, it will be automatically charged at the beginning of each month to the account you have indicated.

If you're paying the Flex Installment If you pay by card, your payment will be automatically charged on the same day of the month as your first purchase. You can then use your monthly classes for 30 days between renewals.

But don't worry, since you don't have a fixed term, you can change your fee for the following month or cancel your subscription, always giving notice before the 20th of the month.

Additionally, if you are going to travel and only want to use online classes, you can temporarily switch to the Online Fee for €9.90/month.
