Yoga (‘union’ from Sanskrit’) is a traditional physical, mental and spiritual discipline that originated in India and which works the body and mind from the postures (asanas) as a path of psychophysical development.

Today, yoga has been incorporated into our culture as a tool for improving and maintaining physical, mental and emotional health.

The practice can be performed in the office in a simple way, requiring a diaphanous room and little material (mats and comfortable clothes).

Classes are of 60 minutes per group and are carried out during working hours.

Massages

Based on basic techniques and manipulations of muscle and joint distension, greater relaxation of the bad postural habits, as well as the psychophysical tensions inherent in the office’s sedentary lifestyle, is achieved.

The use of body treatments adapted to the business context has been successful in preventing muscular pathologies and in improving levels of stress and anxiety.

The sessions can be performed in an ergonomic chair and with little material (with clothes or neutral massage cream).

The sessions are done on futon and with clotches.

The sessions are of 25 minutes per person and are carried out during working hours.

The main objective is to provide a relaxation space to promote well-being within the company.
