Vinyasa and balance on arms

A multi-level workshop with Savitri where a preparatory sequence of Vinyasa will open the doors to a practice focused on arm balance and inverted postures.

The workshop will be multi-level and suitable for beginners as well as advanced students and therefore you will be able to make the most of it. We will practice progressively to familiarize with the alignment of the body and strengthen the main muscles involved in some of the following asanas: Bakasana and Variations, Astavakrasana, Eka Pada Koundinyasana I and II, Ganda Bherundasana and Pincha Mayurasana.
