Teacher of Vinyasa Yoga
Sāvitrī (Sonia Lindia)
We want to introduce you to Sāvitrī, our center teacher also known as Sonia Lindia. The connection with his own spiritual master Om Baba has brought changes to deep levels that reflect this new name. At the same time, his classes have been tuned towards personal interiorization and the authentic search of the Being.
His Vinyasa Yoga classes are characterized by a theme of the day on which Sāvitrī invites us to reflect to identify patterns of personalities that act unconsciously on a day-to-day basis in order to shed light on our inner processes and thus be able to act conscious way. This is the spiritual path for her: practice Yoga to purify and see more clearly where we are walking, create a space to invite awareness and improve each day learning from the experiences that we live in and out of class.
Can Vinyasa classes be introspective? Of course, when you become breathing together with movement, your mind settles in practice and, situating ourselves with observation in a neutral point above our own thoughts, we can see that emotions or reactions move within the practice and learn more about who we are and the personalities that inhabit us.
The intensity of the classes varies according to the energetic work that corresponds to the subject, but you can find variations according to the level of practice.
Thanks to his knowledge acquired in formations of his trips to India and his personal search, Sāvitrī imparts internal trainings to the teachers of the center in Acroyoga, Iyengar and Mantras.
Apart from the teaching of Asanas, Sāvitrī is a yogini dedicated to Bhakti Yoga, the devotional aspect of this practice. Do not be surprised if suddenly in relaxation you feel a voice chanting sweet mantras in Sanskrit, rest your head back and enjoy the vibrations that come to your Being.
On March 3 he gave a Kirtan in Sincronia accompanied by the guitarist and student Roger Fe, violin and percussion. Do not miss the next Kirtan on Sunday May 12!
Where can I practice regularly with Sāvitrī?
You can consult your classes in our schedules.
