MAKE YOUR ENERGY VIBRATE

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience in which the person immerses themselves in a soundscape created with vibrational instruments such as Tibetan bowls, quartz bowls, bells or gongs.

Unlike a concert, this isn't about listening to music, but about receiving vibrations: the sound waves interact with the body, mind, and energy system, inviting a deep state of relaxation and presence. During the session, the frequencies emitted by the instruments help slow brain waves, facilitating a state similar to deep meditation.

This allows for the release of physical and emotional tension, balances the nervous system, and promotes a sense of inner harmony. Sound bathing is an accessible practice for anyone, regardless of their meditation experience. It is usually performed in a comfortable position, lying down or sitting, allowing each participant to experience the session with receptivity. For yoga schools, this practice complements and enhances the processes of introspection, integration, and expansion that yoga offers.

MEDITATE THROUGH VIBRATION

Who leads our Sound Baths?

Hello!

I'm Carol, a yoga teacher and creator of Vibraïa, a project dedicated to supporting people through conscious breathing and sound therapy (sound baths).

My purpose and passion is to create spaces of calm, introspection, and regeneration through yoga, sound, and vibration. To open a door to awareness so we can be kinder to ourselves and others, recognizing our shared humanity.

Sound baths are included in your in-person Yoga fee, so come to Yin Yoga classes and stay for the Sound Baths.
