Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Somatic Yoga. Body-Mind Centering®
Nina’s life journey is characterized by a restless “body-mind”, in search of new horizons. This search leads her to give up her stable profession dedicated to public education and to focus exclusively on movement and dance. Her first contact with yoga was in 2008, in Germany, with Anup Choudhury in Meditation and traditional Hatha yoga. But it was not until years later that yoga came back into her life, this time to stay; in times of much agitation and instability on a personal and professional level she started to create her own Sadhana, thus finding roots and support. Later, and thanks to this experience, he began to offer support to those people in search of the same: a self-practice, a personal ritual to return to and feel at home in. In 2017 he is trained in Hatha Yoga Vinyasa in Mandiram Barcelona and continues to deepen his knowledge in Yoga Therapy, Yoga Philosophy and Raja Yoga. She is also a dance pedagogue, manual therapist and somatic movement educator specialized in Body-Mind Centering®: a vision that investigates the relationship between consciousness, body and movement and that transforms it profoundly.
In its transmission it seeks to offer an integrative experience, of active conscience, that helps to expand one’s limits towards a self-responsible and empowered practice.
