Miriam Hernandez

My passion for wellness stemmed from a personal experience that inspired me to seek natural and holistic solutions. From there, I developed a holistic vision in which I see the human being as a whole, understanding that every aspect of lifestyle influences health: diet, movement, rest, emotional management, and connection with nature. Furthermore, I find in Stoic philosophy a source of practical tools for daily life, such as the dichotomy between control and the cultivation of resilience.

I have traveled to India several times to learn more about its culture and to better understand yoga. For me, yoga is awareness of the body (physical) and of the thoughts (mind); a space to develop self-knowledge through self-exploration and self-observation, where, with practice, each person becomes their own teacher.

In my classes you will find everything from accessible but intense vinyasa sessions (more yang), to more passive practices such as yin yoga and restorative yoga (more yin), focused on balancing ourselves through introspection and self-listening.
