NAMASTE
I am Laia Blesa...
An art director by profession, I began practicing yoga about twenty years ago, seeking an activity that would help me better manage stress. However, the path of yoga is revealing, and little by little I felt the need to incorporate a more holistic and spiritual perspective into my regular practice.
Laia Blesa

Yoga is not just a physical practice of asanas, but it is a philosophy that refers to a process, a path to liberation through love and compassion. According to the Vedanta philosophy, yoga means union and this union corresponds to the individual consciousness with the Supreme consciousness.
A trip to India with Keshava, a Synchronicity teacher, in Rishikesh, made the seed of yoga bloom and upon returning to Barcelona I began my first 500H teacher training obtaining the international title of yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance.
Currently, as a perpetual student and apprentice on the path of yoga, I continue to delve deeper into different styles such as Iyengar, Sivananda, Dharma Yoga and Yin Yoga, integrating each teaching with humility and gratitude.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share the practice of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, creating spaces of connection, presence and listening, while continuing to learn and be inspired alongside other yogis.
