A practical workshop where we will recover our natural, soft and calm breathing. Breathing is the bridge between the body and the mind. Through our breathing we liberate ourselves from the stress, the toxins and the mental load that accumulates in us. In addition, thanks to the techniques of conscious breathing we can access more subtle levels of consciousness, both physical, mental and emotional. Learn different techniques of pranayama (the discipline of conscious regulation of breathing and prana, vital energy) and enjoy this practice suitable for all levels. The workshop includes a final meditation practice or guided relaxation.
