In 1999, she arrived in Barcelona from Córdoba, Argentina. Her professional background is in the world of fashion, cinema and restoration. In 2012 she began her yoga practice motivated by a spiritual search that manifested from a herniated disc in the lumbar region. She wanted to understand why her body was getting sick, what message her body was giving her, while believing in it’s innate capacity for recovery.
With the practice of yoga she not only strengthened her spine that supports the body (and all its systems), but also gradually strengthened all the aspects that formed part of her life.
The practice of asanas (postures) was always accompanied by the study of the philosophy of yoga and constantly learning how to apply the teachings of this ancient spiritual science in her daily life. At the beginning of 2017 she completed her Classic Yoga training at Ashram from Sivananda Yoga in Vietnam under the guidance of Swami Sitaramananda, direct disciple of Sri Swami Vishnudevananda, founder of the Sivananda School in honor of his teacher Sri Swami Sivananda.
In her teaching, she works 5 yoga principles:
- Proper exercise (āsanas)
- Proper breathing (prānāyāma)
- Proper relaxation (savāsana)Proper diet
- Positive Thinking and Meditation (vedānta and dhyāna)
Her classes have a classic and holistic approach that stretch and tone the whole body, understanding yoga as a complete system of healing and self-knowledge designed to help the body to maintain a natural state of health.
