Alba Sanz

Alba Sanz Dotú is Graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Vic, (Barcelona, promotion 2002-2005). Collegiate number 0087.

After completing voluntary practice for two years at the Hospital of Vall d’Hebron and Sant Joan de Déu of Barcelona she went a year to South America where she continued her practice and she ended her career in medical centers and child malnutrition in Mendoza and San Juan (Cuyo, Argentina).

For five years she worked in a laboratory of dietary and pharmaceutical product, mostly to form part of Department of Education Nutritional International and destined for one year to the city of Mexico D.F. In 2012 studied a
Graduated in Neuropathy at Institute of Health and Alternative Medicine of Barcelona (ISMET), studies that will allow her to leave the corporate world and start to engage in the world of holistic health.

In 2013 she specialized in Naturist and Oriental Dietetics and Therapeutic and Vegetarian Cooking, with the Dr. Olga Cuevas to Institute F.P. Roger de Llúria. In 2014, also she was formed in “Pregnancy, parenting, breastfeeding and infant feeding” with psychologist and naturopath Yolanda García at Institute F. P. Roger de LLúria.

In addition, Alba is Yoga Integral instructor and therapist in Ayurveda Abhayangam Pránico by Shri Guruji Swami Vivekananda School, (Kadhana, India).

A food’s and travel’s lover, she has lived in many places, and for this she has been allowed imbibe ancient cultures, culinary and health philosophies from around the world.

She works customizing eating habits, revealing the foods that we have around us and learning to cook them, in order to obtain tools that allow us to be more masters of our own health.
